      i heard a taped tech support call today. one of those 'god, why me?' calls. you know the type. the customer calls and is upset at someone else and takes it out on the current tech because they're THERE... anyway. this woman had apparently had alot of run ins with people of nordic descent and she'd had enough.

13 minutes of listening to her explain how her rhythm had never upset anyone else and how terrible norwegians are.

i never ever want to go back to tech support because then she'll call me. i know it.

i'm going to make soap and candles and live happily all my days.
