i love halloween. it's fair to say that a good portion of halloween night will be forever gone from my memory but i'm assured it was all fun. i remember lots of hugging and people being sweet and lovie. one of these days, i'd like to have a video camera. i'd walk around our parties with it and record EVERYTHING POSSIBLE just so people can't forget the stupid things that come out of their mouths. precious moments, these. blahdy blah. turns out the garden i really wanted for the wedding has a massive ball and chain attached to it and i want no part of THAT. so, gonna have to pick something else. bleh. i don't like when the really great ideas get shot to hell and back. it's not nice. but it doesn't matter where we have it, really. as long as it happens! :) which reminds me. already bought the dress. well, the boy bought the dress. the next unemployment check buys the dress back from the boy. hehe. and then in 8 to 12 weeks, i get to SEE muh dress and see if any alterations need to be done. then it's a matter of finally picking the nicole dress. :) i went to the dollar store today and promptly forgot what i was there for. i nearly bought a three dollar curling iron, just to have one. but then i realised i'd probably singe off all muh hair and that wouldn't be a good idea. not really. after getting outside, i realised i'd forgotten the one thing i really went for so i went to the minyard's next door. bad idea. that store is so bleak and time-warped, i nearly cried. somehow, i'd ended up in the old grocery stores my mom went to in the 80's. creepy. i got nothin'. |
